Communications Clearly Set Out – Technical Terms Explained in Accessible Language

The purchase of our new home, … was far from straightforward. We are grateful for Laura’s keen eye for detail in identifying gaps in the paperwork provided by our vendor’s solicitor, and for Laura and Jennifer’s persistence in chasing them to obtain the required information. As the pressure mounted to confirm a completion date, Laura looked for alternative solutions and directly pursued the property developer to get the information we required. We are grateful for her skill and diligence, and we will benefit from her attention to detail as and when we come to sell our house in the future.

Laura, Jennifer and Charlotte communicated with us regularly and clearly throughout the process. We were kept fully informed at every stage, and every question we raised was answered quickly and thoroughly. We appreciate how difficult it must be for you to provide services remotely during the pandemic, so we are extremely grateful for the regular contact. All our communications were clearly set out and any technical terms explained in accessible language, which provided us with a clear understanding of the situation at every stage and the actions required. It was particularly reassuring to talk to Jennifer and Laura on completion day, and we were pleased to have their support at what was a stressful time.
