What can you do?
We can advise, and we offer a free half-hour interview to discuss your problem and tell you how it may be solved. We can also write letters on your behalf and negotiate with the other party to the dispute. We can guide you through the complexities of the law and Court procedures all the way to a trial or hearing.
I have had an accident. – Can I claim?
We will advise on your case including procedure and how much your claim is worth. We have experience of all types of accidents including road traffic accidents, accidents at work, at home or elsewhere. We can also help you if you have had the wrong medical treatment.
I have an employment problem – What should I do?
We have experience of acting for employers and employees. Whatever your problem, such as Unfair Dismissal, redundancy, contract disputes or discrimination, we can tell you the best way to proceed both during employment and afterwards. We also regularly advise clients on compromise agreements.
What happens if I have a consumer problem or someone owes me money?
We tell you your rights and the best way of solving your problem. Our support can include advice, letter writing or full court representation.
How much will this cost?
Claims and disputes can be expensive, but we will give you the information you need to make a decision. We also offer a number of different ways of funding your case, including in certain circumstances, conditional fee agreements (no win- no fee). We will find the best option for you.
